      The Nest loft has 2 XL twin beds that can be made into a king size upon request.  Downstairs there are 2 Cord-a-Roy bean bags that open up to full size sleeping mattresses.  Using only one makes for a more  comfortable fit.  One bathroom downstairs with large shower.

      Internet, Television (Netflix, Amazon); Wi-fi calling, Sonos sound system.   Bottled water, snacks, homemade muffins, croissants, homemade jams, eggs, cereals, yogurt and fruit . Nespresso coffee, Breville toaster oven/air fryer and induction burner plate.  Gas grill upon request (no grilling allowed on the wood deck).  Pool, spa, gas fire pit.
